Although I stayed on the BEIGE diet for a while, I finally have veggies back in my life. Including:
Fabuloso Beet Salad with Tuna at Parrish Cafe, corner of Arlington and Boylston. Last Sunday was GORGEOUS in Boston so we wandered around the Public Garden after brunch.

Scrambled Eggs with Kale aand Laughin Cow Cheese (yum! how is that stuff 35 calories??)

And with this stuff...

... I made this stuff. Kale with Shoyu and Umeboshi Vinegar rocks it out with Tofu!

In addition to taking probiotics everyday, I'm supposed to eat yogurt. Ok, twist my arm, Chobani. Oh, and its even yummier with part of a Chocolate Peanut Butter Munchie cookie from the Belmont Farmers Market.

I was back on the run to rehearsals this week, so I made a big meal that lasted a couple days. I'm still on white rice, so added to it a little Farmers Market Marinara, Portabellos, Tofu, and duh, Kale.

With Crystal Lite and Apple Sauce before rehearsal.

Heading out to seek dinner in Philly in a few minutes. We are staying very close to the Museum! Rocky!! :)
